Las Cumbres Ranch cattle are regeneratively raised on biodiverse rangeland and finished on biodiverse irrigated pastures in Santa Barbara County.
Our pastures are made up of native trees, brush and plants, including legumes, forbs, brassicas and grasses which give the cattle access to a phytonutrient and micronutrient rich diet. This variety of nutrients are essential for the health and wellbeing of the animals. These pastures with their biologically healthy soils and plant diversity influence the final product.
