• The total cost is based on actual lbs received (up to 50 lbs) @ $16 per lb.

MAKING YOUR FINAL PAYMENT:

• Your online order is the deposit for your half beef share. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery. Final amount based on lbs will be invoiced before pick-up or local delivery.

• 50% Assortment of roasts, cuts and steaks

We hand select a mix of cuts to fulfill each category.

Example:

• Roasts & cuts: roasts, chuck roasts, tri-tip, ribs, brisket, crosscut shank, stew meat, etc.
• Steaks: rib-eye, filet mignon, New York, top sirloin, flank, skirt and may include others like picanha, hangar, flap, petite shoulder filet, flat iron etc.
