We will talk about the unique Bonsmara cattle breed, holistic ranch management, and regenerative rangeland grazing. Guests will enjoy demonstrations of low-stress cattle handling with Stefan Selbert and wild horse expert Nicolette Birnie, from @WildtoWilling Horsemanship, will introduce “wild horse language” with our mustangs.

Visit our Nigerian dwarf goats and Kune-Kune pigs and check out our mobile chicken coop “The Egg Roll” and our chicken flock! Enjoy a taste of wine offered by Los Alamos based @casadumetzwines and Santa Ynez Valley based @foldedhills. Coffee will be provided by @zacacoffee and @restorationoaksranch will be offering an introduction to Soil Biology and Wild Dirt.
